We are now licensed to hold legal wedding and civil ceremonies in our house, so do book now while we still have room for your intimate wedding.
And did you know that we are now offering accommodation in our beautiful beach house - the Big Beach House - just 7 miles away on St Ives Bay? That means that now we can accommodate 10 people in Roswarne, plus 16 in our Beach House! www.thebigbeachhouse.co.uk. That's 26 people who can stay for your wedding! And you can have photographs taken in your finery on the beach too!

Roswarne is a beautiful historic house with many photo opportunities for a fabulous portfolio of images for you to remember the wonderful day you spent in Roswarne.

We also have accommodation suites which are bookable in many combinations to suit the individual requirements of each visitor, from 2 people to 10 in the house, with a further 16 in our beach house.

Roswarne is set in six acres of grounds at Holman Park. The last twelve years have seen painstaking award winning renovation, which makes this place so incredibly special. If you like history, you'll like Roswarne!

​In Summer 2025 we finished hosting a 4 week film shoot. Do let us know if you’d like to film or photoshoot in the house - we often have photographers using the house - you’d be very welcome!

Charity Open Day
Roswarne is delighted to be opening for the National Garden Scheme on Sunday 19 April 2-5pm. Adm £6 chd free.
Come and visit our magnificent gardens on 19th April whilst we raise money for charity. The bluebell woods, Cornish Red rhododendrons, camellias and 15 different magnolias should be blooming beautifully. There is a delightful tree fern grotto; Moroccan, Mediterranean and Japanese - inspired gardens and many majestic trees, including a notable Chinese Cork Tree, Phellodendron chinese.
Teas served in the Orangery. Plants for sale. Dogs on leads welcome. Please park in the Council Car Park.

The National Garden Scheme opens beautiful gardens to raise money for some of the UK's favourite nursing and health charities such as Macmillan Cancer Support, Marie Curie and Parkinson's UK. It is also passionate about the physical and mental health benefits of gardens and gardening by supporting other charities already working in this area and awarding grants to community garden projects.
